Recall that Jay-Z and Beyonce were married on April 4.  The date April 4, is much like 4/4 and 44.   Kim and Kanye were married on the 144th day of the year.  The numbers 44 and 144 have much in common in Gematria.
  • Forty Four = 5+15+18+20+25+6+15+21+18 = 144
    • Kim = 11+9+13 = 33
    • Kanye West = 2+1+5+7+5+5+5+1+2 = 33
