The Green River Killer is known for murdering in Washington State, the 42nd State.

The killer, Gary Leon Ridgway, is said to have killed 49 or more people from 1982 to 1998, a span of 'sixteen' years.  Recall, only sixteen and ninety have Gematria of '33'.  Making matters more interesting, many of the killings were in close proximity to 'Seattle'.

His name fits the other numeric patterns we see.
