Here is another example at the 14:09 mark and keep in mind they held those hand signs for the entire press conference. The police officer was holding his 'cube' sign higher so the a TV camera could see it, but his arms probably got tired. Originally I saw this on TV with the speaker at the microphone with the cop's hand sign just to the right of his shoulder and face. It looked ridiculous.
