I suspect this is a hoax.  A shooting and plane story out of Nashville, just days apart?  Notice the spokesperson's name, Shannon Sumrall.

• Shannon = 1+8+1+5+5+6+5 = 31/40
• Sumrall = 1+3+4+9+1+3+3 = 24/33
• Shannon Sumrall = 55/73
