When you read that subheadline, and you know what is really going on in the world, you realize how sick it all is.  If it doesn't make you want to do something about it, other than troll the comments, there's something seriously demented about you.

First, regarding flooding, today has the numerology.

9/21/2017 = 9+21+20+17 = 67 (Water)
9/21/2017 = 9+21+(2+0+1+7) = 40 (The Flood)

Puerto Rico had a major power outage this time last year, now this year the entire island is out, with some saying it could take months to restore (that remains to be seen).  These people though, of Puerto Rico, are being put through a lot.  It will be interesting to see if Puerto Rico becomes the 51st state sometime after this incident.  The feds will come in with the solution, and some hefty taxes, for the "badge of Statehood".
