I was looking at Dan Behrendt's blog and the Chelsea connection it made me think of the minister responsible for handguns being banned after Dunblane. David Mellor was him and he was involved in a shaming ritual in 1992 when he was ousted from office due to a kiss and tell incident involving sex in a Chelsea FC kit. He's now married to the Quango Queen who helped relax gambling laws.
