Look at the Gematria magic of those two words, 49, 58 and 94.  Further, notice that 49 and 94 are reflections of each other.  These numbers have been central to many of the police and citizen shootings reported lately, especially to Michael Brown, who was shot August 9 or 8/9 of last year.  Further, notice that the Police Tweet is from 8:09 PM their time, out of Oxford, MS.

• Oxford, MS = 6+6+6+6+9+4+4+1 = 42
• Ferguson = 42
• Missouri = 42
