The name 'Bart's Comet' is a lot like 'Biederman', the name of the comet from Deep Impact, the movie heavily coded with '44'.  That movie also features a black president, played by Morgan Freeman, who has a life number connection '44'.

Bart's Comet = 2+1+9+2+1+3+6+4+5+2 = 35/44
Biederman = 2+9+5+4+5+9+4+1+5 = 44

The date of release of 'Bart's Comet' is what is most concerning to me.

2/5/1995 = 2+5+19+95 = 121

121 is a number of Revelation.

This year, 2015, the first 'Asteroid Day' was observed.

 Asteroid Day was declared December 3, 2014.

12/13/2014 = 12+13+20+14 = 49
Asteroid Day = 1+1+2+5+9+6+9+4+4+1+7 = 49
Revelation = 9+5+4+5+3+1+2+9+6+5 = 49
