Donald Trumps Tax Plan to Focus On Middle Class and Rich (What else is new?)

I hate how in political elections, the poor are always ignored.  If you make less than $25,000-30,000 a year, you shouldn't pay federal income tax.  It is always the middle class and the rich that are the focus of elections, and the term middle class is so vague anyhow.  The majority of the country is poor.  The majority of the country needs a major tax break.
