102 | Officer charged for shooting Charles Kinsey, July 18, 2016 (Man working with autistic child when shot by Miami-Dade police)

This news came April 12, 2017, the 102nd day of the year.

Remember, the man who was shot, was reportedly working with an 'Autistic' child.

Again, this shooting happened July 18, 2016, but it wasn't a news story until July 21, 2016, which happened to my 33rd birthday.  And if you don't know, when I began this work, I worked with Autistic children managing a group home.
