When I first started this blog, decoding the hoaxes, I was managing a group home for autistic children. I find it very odd this story about a man working with autistic children in a group home being shot comes out on my 33rd birthday, today, July 21. You might recall on the one year anniversary of my blog, there was the school shooting hoax psy-op in my own backyard, Marysville, WA. This most recent shooting, today's news, took place July 18, or 18/7/2016. We know about '187'.
It is obvious how the headline of the story intends to provoke.

Today's date, the day of the news, is right for a police shooting. Perhaps it will spark another 'civil rights' struggle.

Back on point, the detail about the 'toy truck' I think is a tribute to this being a 'government' sponsored psy-op, that will likely tie into the narrative of the Presidential election ahead.
The name of the 'police chief', connects to 'Group Home'. Again, 'Police Chief' also has gematria of '64', like the numerology of today's news.
The 118 also ties in with the recent Baton Rouge and Dallas shootings.
And in Simple English, Police Chief Gary Eugene connects back to '46', through 199, the 46th prime.
