The guy filming is a complete jackass. He doesn't know how to treat anyone, but he's getting up in everyone's shit and saying things like, "I don't see an entry wound".

Then he is asking who needs medical assistance, and no one needs any...
Also, I observe the very bright red blood, what we routinely see in these false flags.
I've heard from numerous people living there that people really were shot, but its hard to conclude anything shown in this video is real.
