39 93 | 'Waistband' Emphasis in the NYPD Shooting Hoax


Remember, everything is coded '39' and '93' in NY.  Even the elements of the hoax stories.
  • Waistband = 23+1+9+19+20+2+1+14+4 = 93
  • Waistband = 5+1+9+1+2+2+1+5+4 = 30/39
    • NY = 39
    • New York = 39
    • 7/26/1788 = 7+2+6+1+7+8+8 = 39
