What I find curious about this story is the location, South Carolina, and the date, September 22. Apparently this is the date Pope Francis is arriving in the United States this year. Also, "Tucker" is a '33 name', often applied to pretentious pricks, who can often be Frat Boys. Tucker Carlson anyone?
Also, that last name Hipps is quite condemning.
