You know what happens with the "s" exception?

Ball = 2+1+3+3 = 9
So = 1/10+6 = 7/16
Hard = 8+1+9+4 = 22
Ball So Hard = 38/47

 Who knows what I'm talking about?  That song by Kanye West and Jay-Z, about being in Paris.

      I believe Brother Berg made the argument (may have been also made elsewhere) that the 11.3 and 11.5 could just be a rearranging of the numbers for the date 11/13/15.
