Today, FOX News aired an 11 minute, 13 second segment, on Megyn Kelly's news program about the release of a 9/11 Manifesto. Notice Megyn Kelly's initials are MK. That news segment can be watched here, with proof the segment is 11 minutes and 13 seconds. K is the eleventh letter of the alphabet, and M is the 13th.
MK Ultra is a psychological operations program, and 9/11 is the largest psychological operations program ever, still ongoing as of today, January 14, 2014. In this program, Megyn Kelly worries that the recently released manifesto is code for a coming attack.
