In the time I have been documenting ISIS curiosities, I have made a point of how often their hoaxes are coded with important numerology. In this case, the 'P' or 'Pirate' Hat is no different.
- P is the "sixteenth" letter
- Sixteen = 1+9+6+2+5+5+5 = 33
- Pirate = 7+9+9+1+2+5 = 33
- Keystone = 2+5+7+1+2+6+5+5 = 33
- The Pirates play in 'PNC' Park

Of course, this is all part of the ongoing propaganda against 'Muslim's.

Also, notice the date of the article, February 28, or 2/28. This has a connection to Pittsburgh Pirates.

ISIS is the name of the U.S. spy organization in the humor-is-dead cartoon Archer, which came on FX in 2009...my friends love it.
I can't suffer it, but I guarantee if you watch a few episodes you'll see some plans laid out.
They do PsyOps constantly, causing all kinds of havoc for their advantage. They had a space shuttle crash in the 2012 season.
Pretty sure one agent, Dr. Krieger, is an ex-Nazi scientist. Another is ex-KGB, then becomes head of the KGB.
In season 5 they move south of the border & become a drug cartel while one of the agents becomes a country singer..
In season 6 they stop calling it ISIS & just merged it with the CIA, I am not making this up.
If you can stomach it, you should check it out, there's all kinds of shit in this show, it would give you plenty of material without even trying.
