Watch the video on my YouTube channel about the "mentally ill" shooting. At 5:21 in my video, you will notice the footage of the officer's body cam has a glitch that is impossible to explain without introducing the fact that the video is edited. At 5:21, somehow, a quick frame is inserted of the "mentally ill" man prior to him being shot... which doesn't make sense, because at this point in the video, he is already down on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds...
