Remember, the compass is set at 47 degrees, the distance in degrees of the Tropics, which mark the solstices.  TIME = 20+9+13+5 = 47

The Freemasons also have the 'Forty Seventh Problem of Euclid'.  Notice it's Gematria of '333'.
