If you ask me, it looks like some news by the numbers to keep Americans paying for overpriced medical procedures in the United States. I know plenty of people who have gone to Mexico and gotten quality care at a fraction of the price. I also know plenty of people who have gotten American care and came out worse than they were before the doc operated on them, such as my dad, who recently lost his hearing in his left ear after being injected with a shot in his neck. The doctors said the hearing loss after the shot was a "coincidence".
ALSO, this woman's L.A. initials remind me of Los Angeles, the plastic surgery capital of the world.
