39 93 | Will Tim Duncan's Career with Spurs to End at Age 39?


They had to get '33' in there...

The Spurs are one of the most numerological teams in the entire NBA.
  • Spurs = 1+7+3+9+1 = 21
  • Duncan = 4+3+5+3+1+5 = 21
  • Duncan wears '21'
  • U, the emphasis letter, is the 21st letter
With regards to Tim Duncan, he is currently 39-years old.  When you apply 'S Exceptions' to Spurs, it too sums to 39.
  • Spurs = 10+7+3+9+10 = 39
  • Spurs = 19+16+21+18+19 = 93
We'll see what happens in game seven against the Clippers.  It should be noted that the Clippers are in the 44th year of their team's existence if you count the years they spent in Buffalo and San Diego.  The other two teams in their 44th year anniversary are the Blazers and Cavs.
