How YouTube Filters Subscribers

I have been observing a pattern for month truth seekers.  Whenever my subscriber ship approaches a new '100' mark, it does this tug-of-war battle for a two to three days where my subscribers will fluctuate from x98-x06, a span of about 8 subscribers, going back and forth constantly.  For example, three times today my subscriber ship has gone up to 2,906, 2,905, before dropping back down to 2,902, 2.901.  This went on yesterday as well.  Below are the list of subscribers I have gained since I first passed 2,900, a total of twenty-three that I have noticed.  Despite gaining this many subscribers, my current subscriber count is 2,902.

What I think YouTube is doing is unsubscribing people, perhaps who are most inactive at watching, in the same way they unlike posts you have previously liked, such as many of my videos.  I have noticed that when I go back through all of my videos that I have liked in the past, many if not most are now unlikes.  Several others have reported the exact same thing...

I guess if we use their tools, such as YouTube, we can expect their typical treatment, which seems to be 'truth suppression always'.

PS  If anyone sees this and doesn't want their name listed, let me know and I will take down.
