"PAP" = 33 eo, 111 FB, 48 ro The PAP test looks for abnormal cervical cells. Since the introduction of Gardasil to the vaccine ritual, the numbers of young women with "abnormal results" has skyrocketed -- resulting in numerous invasive (& costly) procedures, as well as a lot of worry & trauma for otherwise healthy young women. Wiki dances around the guidelines, but in the U.S. this test is part of a yearly routine for all young women who are sexually active &/or on birth control -- which is most of them 16 & older. No one seems to be addressing the effect of having tissue removed from the exact same area of the body on a yearly basis -- for 20, 30+ years ... but that constant invasive irritation can't be good. :D ;D
