NFL Rule 3, Section 22?  Okay...  This reminds me of the 33 minutes blackout in Super Bowl 47 where the clock was stuck on 13:22...

Also notice the from the image above, number 54 and number 12 are shown, summing to 66, like the number of Books in the Bible, or the year of the first Super Bowl, '66, the 47th season of the NFL.  That 66-Part Book begins with a 39 Book Chapter, known as the Old Testament.

• Tuck = 2+3+3+2 = 10/19
• Rule = 9+3+3+5 = 20
• Tuck Rule = 30/39

Also notice the use of the word 'infamous' above.
