Danny = 4+1+14+14+25 = 58
Danny = 4+1+5+5+7 = 22

 Hurricane = 8+21+18+18+9+3+1+14+5 = 97
Hurricane = 8+3+9+9+9+3+1+5+5 = 52

The qualifying wind speeds for a Hurricane are 33 meters per second, or 74 miles per hour.
