The English Extended cipher is the same as the base ciphers for Hebrew and Greek. Both of those ciphers (Hebrew and Greek) have rules so that there are values 1 through 9, 10 through 90, and 90 through 900. To make 900 in English extended, you would likely use & as 800 and Z as 900, just like you sing "AND Z" to end the alphabet song. & = AND (and was once considered a letter)
