Russia Offer $50M Reward for Information On Those Responsible for Sinai Jet Crash, October 31, 2015

So, my question is this...  Can I claim the $50m for revealing that this is a hoax?  With that kind of money, I can definitely start a national chain of Gematria schools.  Of course this money will never be  given to anyone, because surely Russia knows as well as I do that this is a manufactured, political hoax.
