Notice the overlap with 'Santa Claus' and 'Saturn'.
21 is the 6th triangular number - 1+2+3+4+5+6 = 21
Consider Saturn is symbolized by the 6-sided cube.
And consider the Pagan tradition of bringing a tree inside for the celebration of Saturnalia.
