33 Breakfast Cereals | Conditioning and Killing Children by the Bowl Full

Lucky Charms = 3+3+3+2+7+3+8+1+9+4+1= 44 (Kill = 11+9+12+!2 = 44)
The magazine TIME recently compiled the list of breakfast cereals that have more than 50% sugar as ingredients in them.  They are as follows, courtesy of TIME.
Here are EWG’s Hall of Shame cereals that contain more than 50% sugar by weight:
National Brands
  1. Kellogg’s Honey Smacks (56% sugar by weight)
  2. Malt-O-Meal Golden Puffs (56%)
  3. Mom’s Best Cereals Honey-Ful Wheat (56%)
  4. Malt-O-Meal Berry Colossal Crunch with Marshmallows (53%)

For less sugary options, here are the kids’ cereals with the least amount of sugar per serving:

  2. Valu Time Crisp Rice Cereal (3g)
  3. Roundy’s Crispy Rice (4g)
  4. Shop Rite Scrunchy Crispy Rice (4g)
Here is the curious numerology from the companies above.
  1. Malt-O-Meal = 4+1+3+2+6+4+5+1+3 = 29, reduces to 11
  2. Kellogg = 2+5+3+3+6+7+7 = 33
  3. Lieber =3+9+5+2+5+9 = 33
  4. General Mills = 7+5+5+5+9+1+3+4+9+3+3+1 = 55
  5. Shop Rite = 1+8+6+7+9+9+2+5 = 47
This article is from TIME magazine.
  • TIME = 20+9+13+5 = 47
Did you see the 88% from Lieber?  Holy-smokes...  It almost makes me want to see how many cereal brands have 47% sugar.  Also, be careful to feed your children "frosted" cereals.
  • Frosted = 6+9+6+1+2+5+4 = 33
Another food killer is "fried".
  • Fried = 6+9+9+5+4 = 33
