133 | The Master Numerology of Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi

Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras are two of the most dominant tennis players in the history of the world, and especially of my lifetime.  They're also men with interesting name numerology.

• Andre = 1+5+4+9+5 = 24
• Agassi = 1+7+1+1+1+9 = 20
• Andre Agassi = 24+20 = 44
• Pete = 7+5+2+5+ = 19
• Sampras = 1+1+4+7+9+1+1 = 24
• Pete Sampras = 15+24 = 43

Notice the coding in both men's names, Agassi has 711 and 119 and Sampras has 47, 114 and 911.  Both of these men, with their very interesting names, would become "World Number 1" tennis players.

Andre Agassi was born April 29, 1970 in Las Vegas, Nevada and Pete Sampras was born August 12, 1971 in Potomac, Maryland.

• 4/29/1970 = 4+2+9+1+9+7+0 = 32 (Agassi life number 23, 5)
• 8/12/1971 = 8+1+2+1+9+7+1 = 29 (Sampras life number 29, 11, 2)

Andre Agassi would turn pro in 1986 and Sampras would turn pro in 1988.  Between the two, Sampras has the better legacy, being the all-time leader in Grand Slam wins with 14, and his last coming against Andre Agassi, at the U.S. Open, on September 8, 2002, the 122nd U.S. Open in history.

When you decode the names 'Andre Agassi' and 'Pete Sampras' with the Standard Method, something quite revealing stands out with regards to Pete Sampras.  Something that reminds us of players such as "Kobe Bryant" and "Michael Jordan"; dominant athletes from this same period in time, but on the basketball court instead of tennis.

One last note of interest.  The name Pete Sampras is his full legal name, there is no "Peter" or "Petie" or even a middle name.  As for Andre Agassi, he has a middle name of "Kirk".
