This past Sunday the San Francisco 49ers lost to their Bay Area rival Oakland Raiders, who came into the game with a record of one win, eleven losses, (1-11). This game is considered an embarrassment for the San Francisco 49ers franchise. The last time the organization and mainstream media acted this embarrassed about something pertaining to the San Francisco 49ers?
It was number one pick Alex Smith, who wore the number eleven.
- Alex = 1+12+5+24 = 42
- Smith = 19+13+9+20+8 = 69
- Alex Smith = 42+69 = 111
Alex Smith was drafted number one overall in the 2005 NFL Draft, coming off a standout career at Utah under head coach Urban Meyer. The 2005 NFL Draft took place on April 23 and 24. April 23 is the 113th day of the year... April 24, the 114th.
In that same draft, Aaron Rodgers, who played at Cal, expected the 49ers to take him number one, and wore a Joe Montana jersey under his suit. Joe Montana is the most famous 49ers QB in the history of their franchise, just in case you didn't know.
- Aaron = 1+1+18+15+14 = 49
- Rodgers = 18+15+4+7+5+18+19 = 86
Might we see Aaron Rodgers in Super Bowl 49? At this point I think a Packers vs Lions NFC Championship is likely, but I'm still sticking with my original pick of Lions and Colts. Currently, the Packers are the frontrunners for the Super Bowl in the entire NFL, both AFC and NFC.
Interestingly Niners are -11 underdogs this week as this "embarrassment" continues. Any numerological predictions or possible "fix" matchup?
ReplyDeletePackers will win the super bowl.
