CNN Format Change, and Los Angeles 'Week of Outrage'

First, I want to document that CNN has changed the format of their website within the last hour, approximately 9:00 AM PST, December 9, 2014.  Second, I want to document that one of their new rotating headlines is, 'Week of Outrage', in regards to Los Angeles traffic.

• Week = 23+5+5+11 = 44
• of = 15+6 = 21
• Outrage = 15+21+20+18+1+7+5 = 87
• Week = 5+5+5+2 = 17
• of = 6+6 = 12
• Outrage = 6+3+2+9+1+7+5 = 33
• Week of Outrage = 152 and 62
• Emphasis on the word 'outrage', which has a sum of 44

To me, traffic has been a constant barometer for why we're ripe for 'depopulation'.
