The purposeful propaganda programming is so basic, so transparent.  Of course the attackers were shouting 'Allahu Akbar'.  As we well know from more than a decade of post 9/11 programming, all terrorists shout 'Allahu Akbar'!

Notice the attack took place in Barbes.  Barbes has familiar gematria, matching France.
