The other day YouTube let me upload a video over 15 minutes, which I was surprised by. Today, it did not. What I want to know, is how did this one on the NFL Draft slip through? If you're not aware, my YouTube account is in bad standing ever since exposing the Roanoke, VA shooting hoax, and will remain that way until at least the end of March.
Maybe whoever monitors your channel said "F*** it! This guy is going to finish his thought whether it's on this video or a follow up." So he/she gave you the extra minute. You are wearing them down. Ha, ha!
