That is the first of ten commandments.
Ten = 42 (10 Commandments) (42 Laws of Ma'at)
Five = 42 (5 Books of Torah)
New Testament = 42 (42 Generations to Jesus)
Sin = 42 (Savior = 42)
As for the '45' that is so significant to the Bible, notice Gods sums to 45. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. M = 13 (4); E = 5
KJV created in 1611 when King James was 45.
-NIV = 45
*Leader = 45
This commandment is given on Mount Sinai. Notice the 45 and 135.
Mt. Sinai = 104 (10-4 message received)
Gods = 45/63
As for the '153' in the commandment, remember, if you sum 1 through 17, it totals 153. OR, 153 is the 17th triangular number. Think about the miraculous catch of 153-fish.
Consider Moses received the 10 Commandments from God.

Notice the name of God, Adonai, is '26'. God = 26; YHWH = 26 (In Hebrew)
When you sum 1 through 26, it totals 351.
When you sum 1 through 17, it totals 153.
God = 17/26
Let us finish with all the names of God from the Old Testament, notice the numbers that pop, including 113, 119 and 137.
