I see why they went with Utah for this mainstream fib.

Utah = 21+20+1+8 = 50
America = 1+13+5+18+9+3+1 = 50

The date of the announcement was right for conspiracy as well.

7/8/2016 = 7+8+20+16 = 51 (Conspiracy)
