1948, The First Successfully Predicted Tornado and Tornado Destruction

The 33rd President, Harry Truman, created the Air Force, CIA and NSA with the stroke of a pen.  Would you believe the site of an Air Force Base is where the world's first tornado was ever successfully predicted?  In other posts on this blog, I have shown what I think is convincing evidence of man manipulated weather, ranging from tornados to a lot worse, dating back to the fifties and earlier.  With this example, perhaps manmade tornadoes can be traced back to March 20 and March 25, 1948.  It should be noted that the Second Iraq War began 555-days after September 11, 2001, on March 20, 2003.  The President at that time was George W. Bush, of the Air Force, like his Papa, who was the 41st President.  (George W. Bush was the 43rd President)
