47 | The UAE Stabbing Death of Ibolya Ryan

When I first heard this story, I assumed it was fear mongering for the many Americans who travel to and work in the United Arab Emirates.  As a teacher in Washington State, I know more people going to UAE for teaching work than I do people finding positions in Washington State Schoos; sadly, these are signs of the times.

The second thing I thought when I heard about this story, was that the woman's name sounded much like Ebola, her name is Ibolya.

Making matters more interesting, she was 47-years old at the time of death.  Talk about a curious age...

Honestly, you would think that in a random reporting of a murdered woman in the world, if they were going to use witnesses to describe her, they would go to someone other than her "ex-husband".  What's up with that?  Also notice the reporting of the children's ages, 11, 11 and 13.
