    With the Europe/ISO Standard, the start of the week falls on a Monday instead of a Sunday.

      The first day of the week is Sunday and Saturday is the original 7th day or Sabbath (holy day of rest). The Europe/ISO Standard looks like a Roman Catholic ploy to change Monday into the first day of the week. This could universally make Sunday as a holy day of rest. Catholic means universal. Watch for possible Sunday laws in the future.
