Recall, we're living in the time of the 114th Congress, and these numbers often have to do with death and destruction. The 114th Congress runs through January of 2017.
In the last few minutes of the film, there's a close up of Dwayne's watch. I wanted to see if there was anything weird about the time such as pointing to 9:23... couldn't tell.
