    The first time it was upheld "Judge" John Roberts came out and cried some crocodile tears before leaving to get his promotion from the Knights of Malta.

    This is a little off topic, but the number 87 might have a Lincoln / Obama connection. Lincoln's Gettysburg Address (11/19/1863) starts out with the words "Four score and seven years ago..." which equals 87.
