42 44 114 | December 7, 1917, the Day the United States Declared War (World War I Entrance)

Keep in mind we are living in the time of the 114th Congress.

A little known fact, the United States joined World War I  on December 7, 1917, 97-years ago today.  That was 24-years before Pearl Harbor, which entered the United States into World War II.

The dates leading up, April 2 and April 4, 1917, are also very interesting.

War = 23+1+18 = 42
Military = 4+9+3+9+2+1+9+7 = 44

4/2/1917 = 4+2+19+17 = 42
4/4/1917 = 4+4+19+17 = 44

April 4 has been a big day in the world's military history.  NATO was established this date in history.

Wesley Clark was the former commander of NATO.

Wesley = 5+5+1+3+5+7 = 26
Clark = 3+3+1+9+2 = 18
Wesley Clark = 44
