I work 40 hours a week, and have been at my job for about a year. They said once I hit 90 days, I could qualify for health care. Almost a year later, and they still haven't put me on. Every time I ask the manager, she tells me that she'll "look into it". I hate dealing with the court system, but they're looking at a nice little lawsuit when I get my penalty. By law, they should provide me with health insurance.

The government does not have the power to fine. That is why the law is unconstitutional. They do have the power to tax.
