First, notice the release date, March 23, 2007.

The word Lucifer has Jewish Gematria of 323, kind of like the date 3/23, and if the date is written 23/3, it becomes much like 233, the Fibonacci Number that follows 144.

The film is about the President of the United States traveling from Washington D.C. to Baltimore to Philadelphia with the Archbishop of Ethiopia, when the government is aware that there is an assassination threat against the President.  The narrative reminds of Pope Francis's upcoming visit with the 44th President.

Remember this film should anything happen while Pope Francis is visiting.  Again, in the movie, the speculation is that the President will be shot, but instead it is the Archbishop who 'bites the bullet'.
