Deaths of 4 young men.  Again, 4 is associated with death.  In Mandarin Chinese, the words 'four' and 'death' are pronounced the same way.  Kill = 44

And how about the name Cosmo Dinardo?  Sean Kratz sounds possible at least.

Both men are 20.  Death = 20; Cosmo = 20
