Lee Harvey Oswald is the infamous gunman who is accused of being the lone shooter in the John F. Kennedy assassination of November 22, 1963. As for the number 32, it represents one short of being illuminated. It is also a number used to represent the word America. Further, in this case, it also happens to be Lee Harvey Oswald's life number. He was born October 18, 1939.
