Today's latest military aircraft accident in Imperial Valley, California adds to the growing list of recent "88" events.  In this case, it is a "double 88" event, let us examine.

• Imperial = 9+4+7+5+9+9+1+3 = 47
• Valley = 22+1+3+3+5+7 = 41
• Imperial Valley = 47+41 = 88

The state of California also had "88-numerology".

This reminds of the recent mudslide that resulted in tragedy is Oso, Washington because the city name equals the state name in terms of numerology.

The accident in Imperial Valley is believed to have killed no one, as the pilot safely ejected before crash.  Let us look at the curious details from the Huffington Post and other mainstream outlet reporting:

IMPERIAL, Calif. (AP) — A Marine jet crashed into a residential area in a Southern California desert community Wednesday, hitting at least one house and setting at least two on fire, but no one was injured, authorities said. 

Despite explosive crash into a row of tightly spaced houses, 1st Lt. Jose Negrete (neh-GREH-tay) said no people on the ground were hurt. The pilot had ejected safely and was taken to a hospital only for evaluation, Negrete said. 

The Harrier AV-8B went down at 4:20 p.m. PDT in Imperial, a city of about 15,000 near the U.S.-Mexico border about 90 miles east of San Diego.

There is some curious numerology within the names and words above, let us examine.

• Jose = 10+15+19+5 = 49
• Negrete = 14+5+7+18+5+20+5 = 74
• AV-8B = 1+22+8+2 = 33

Isn't it all so very curious?  Negrete "74" going down in Imperial "47" Valley?  The marine "33", going down in the AV-8B "33" on the border of Mexico "33"?  Never mind the time of 4:20 in the afternoon...
