Also, my channel stats say I have received 88,000 views in the last 28-days... but none of my videos reflect this. Something doesn't add up.

I have a couple of blogs myself and have seen 0 activity in the past month. I had seen a steady increase in activity over time and all of a sudden it went to 0. It's discouraging! Maybe that's why they freeze counts...to persuade you to believe no one is interested in your topic(s).
