There must be a reason they keep referring to this guy as a  Minnesota Dentist, as if it is some important detail in the story.  Also notice the use of the wording, 'Big Cat'.

Big = 2+9+7 = 18
Cat = 3+1+20 = 24 (Cat's = 3+1+20+19 = 43)
Big Cat = 42 (Big Cat's = 61 = Cecil the Lion)

Anyhow, all of these numbers pertain to President Obummer.
