This video has me thinking it might be a false flag...

The body that is being drug and bleeding looks fairly convincing, but it could be all part of the planned hoax as well.  The people hanging from window ledges are also interesting.

The Mirror's reporting makes me think this is all part of a staged scene... let us examine.

The name of the man who captured the footage is curious.

Daniel = 4+1+5+9+5+3 = 27

The reporting of 128 dead is interesting because it has numerology of '11', 1+2+8 = 11, and because ISIL, who this is being blamed on, has Gematria of 128.

Notice how the article brings up September 11.  This was the first thing I thought of too when I saw the people hanging from the windows.  I think this was an intentional stunt, in a staged scene, for this exact subliminal.  Many people will forever remember the images of people jumping from buildings on September 11.

When the hands are showing 9:15, they are on the 9 and 3, favorite numbers of the hoax.
